Fresh clothes
on the go

Master the art of packing light this summer. Travel with these clothing care accessories that will keep your garments fresh during the whole trip.

What’s in your suitcase?

We asked Jordan Bunker and Hanna Stefansson to share their best travel tips and how they keep their clothes fresh on the go. Here’s what they shared with us.

What’s your best advice for packing light?

"Do not pack at the last minute. It often leads to overpacking and outfits that aren't as considered as they could be. Try to include clothes that can be worn in different scenarios and items that can go with more than just one thing; that's why I'm often wearing navy because then at least I know everything works well together."

—— Jordan Bunker

"I think my boyfriend would say I’m the wrong person to ask about this and frankly I’m not a light packer. But I plan my looks ahead and try to pack garments that work for more than one look."

—— Hanna Stefansson

Where do you travel this summer?

"I've been making more of the English coastline this year, but even overnight stays in London feel even more valuable after the lockdown periods we had in the United Kingdom."

—— Jordan Bunker

"We spent a week in Tuscany in June that was magical and now we just got back from camping in the Swiss alps, so breathtakingly beautiful. Now we are home repacking to end the vacation at our favorite summer spot: Bornholm."

—— Hanna Stefansson

How do you care for clothes on the go?

"People often call me a bit of a militant packer - I think I get it from my dad - but if you're organised and everything is nice and folded then that's a good start. The Cirrus 3 is great for refreshing items once I've checked-in somewhere, but then also the lint roller and fabric spray can be good when you need to quickly revive an item of clothing before heading out."

—— Jordan Bunker

"I pack in looks and try to fold to not make it too wrinkly but I always bring a steamer, wrinkly clothes are not my thing. And I always have small textile bags for shoes and the laundry to keep everything fresh and nice."

—— Hanna Stefansson

What’s your favorite spot for a staycation?

"My group of friends seem to always gravitate towards the Cotswolds. We like finding a nice rental and all just getting together for a long weekend."

—— Jordan Bunker

"I love to do staycations in my hometown Copenhagen. Checking in a hotel Sanders or Nobis and then bike around eating at different places. Love Lille Bakery and Baka D’busk is two of my favorites atm."

The toiletry bag

• Fabric Spray 100 ml
• Delicate Laundry Detergent 40 ml

Washing your clothes can be tricky without access to a washing machine or laundry detergent. The easiest thing is to bring a small sachet of laundry detergent and hand wash your clothes in the nearest sink or freshwater creek.
